We are pleased to share TLH, Advocates & Solicitors advises on Veritas Prime LLC’s full acquisition of Adaptoid Labs India Private Limited.

The Firm advised the seller in this cross-border transaction, which involved the complete sale of their shareholding in Adaptoid to Veritas.

Adaptoid assists with the entire SAP Service and Sell cycle including project discovery, advising, purchasing licenses, implementation, building product extensions, and supporting post-go-live. The Adaptoid team is certified in SAP Integrations and SAP BTP modules.

The TLH team advised on structuring the transaction, including drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and assistance in closing.

Deal Team

The team consists of Basava Rao (Partner), and supported by Pratyush Kumar Singh providing strategic inputs and guidance throughout the transaction.
