TLH, Advocates & Solicitors has announced the launch of its new office in the National Capital Region (NCR), marking a significant step in the firm’s strategic national expansion and reinforcing its growing presence across key commercial hubs in India.

Located at One Horizon Center, Gurugram, the NCR office will serve as the firm’s hub for northern India, enabling closer engagement with clients in one of the country’s most dynamic economic and regulatory centres.

This expansion represents a natural progression in TLH’s growth journey, strengthening its ability to deliver integrated, high-quality legal solutions across jurisdictions, including cross-border mandates and complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.

With the addition of the NCR office, TLH continues to build a robust, multi-location platform, enhancing collaboration across its teams and ensuring seamless client service across India. The office further deepens the firm’s capabilities across core practice areas, including corporate and commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, regulatory advisory, and emerging areas of law.

The NCR presence will be anchored by Prateek Batra, Partner, who will lead the firm’s efforts in the region, working closely with the broader leadership team to expand client relationships and drive growth in northern markets.

This milestone underscores TLH’s commitment to scaling its platform in alignment with client needs, offering sophisticated, business-focused legal counsel to a diverse clientele comprising domestic and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity investors, and government bodies.

The launch of the NCR office reflects TLH’s continued focus on building a future-ready law firm — one that combines deep domain expertise with geographic reach, enabling it to support clients across India’s evolving legal and commercial landscape.
