The Competition Commission of India (���CCI�۝), in a landmark decision, vide order dated 18.11.2024, held social media giants Meta and WhatsApp guilty of indulging in anti-competitive practices, specifically for abuse of dominant position under Section 4(2) of the Competition Act, 2002 ("ACT").
