Palash is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice, with extensive experience in high-stake litigation and tailored dispute resolution strategies. He advises clients on complex commercial disputes, combining legal acumen with a strong understanding of business and commercial realities.
His practice focusses on litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including arbitration, mediation and insolvency-related proceedings. He regularly represents clients before various courts, and tribunals across a broad spectrum of commercial matters. He has significant experience in insolvency and restructuring disputes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as well as in shareholder, contractual, infrastructure, and regulatory disputes across diverse sectors, including infrastructure such as industries in the field of roads, airports, ports, civil construction work, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and leisure, real estate sector, among others.
Known for developing practical and outcome-oriented strategies, Palash works closely with clients to navigate contentious matters, mitigate risk, and achieve commercially effective resolutions.
Palash also serves as a YIAMC Steering Committee Member for the term 2025–2027.

- Represented Adani Enterprises Limited in an arbitration against State Discom- Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) over disputes arising from a Coal Mining and Development Agreement, securing final award of USD 94 millionfor the client.
- Represented an EPC contractor/ JWIL Infra Limited (an entity of OP Jindal group) in a dispute with National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) regarding project works in Madhya Pradesh, involving claims worth USD 16 million.
- Represented an EPC contractor/ Dilip Buildcon Limited in arbitration against NHAI concerning an EPC Contract for the construction of a road from Chas to Ramgarh in Jharkhand, leading to a conciliation settlement of USD 10.2 million in favour of the client.
