Rajanala Yella Reddy

Ranjanala Yella Reddy is a graduate of JC College of Law, Guntur, affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, and was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in 2001. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR) in collaboration with NALSAR University of Law. He has over two decades of experience and has previously worked with reputed law firms in India for a significant period.

He has extensive expertise in Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, and General Corporate Advisory.

He regularly represents a diverse range of clients, including multinational companies and banks, before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Amaravati, the RERA Adjudicating Authority, and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. His practice spans revenue, company, commercial, contractual, tender, arbitration and conciliation, insolvency and bankruptcy, constitutional, education, banking, and debt recovery matters. He has previously served as Standing Counsel for Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Guntur, before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He currently represents the University Grants Commission, a statutory body of the Government of India, before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

He has a strong track record in real estate and property law transactions, including advising on and negotiating complex property acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence and title examinations, drafting transactional documents such as Joint Development Agreements, Sharing Agreements, and Collaboration Agreements, and developing risk management strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He also has significant experience in General Corporate Advisory and Employment Law.
