Sanjay Kishore is a Senior Partner in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice, with over threedecades of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, mediation, anddispute resolution.
He has counselled numerous multinational corporations and financial institutions on corporate,commercial, and real estate matters, and represents clients before variouscourts and tribunals across India in matters relating to company law, civildisputes, arbitration, contractual issues, and consumer litigation.
Sanjay has also experience in mergers andacquisitions, including drafting and advising on joint ventures, business transfer agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, andinvestment agreements. He has also been involved in foreign investment transactions (FDI/FII) and significant land and property deals, including real-estate development projects. His practice also includes real estate work involving leases and licenses, conveyancing, construction contracts, and land-related disputes.
